As one-half of the hit duo Zhané, now returning with her solo debut album, "Testimony: my life story," it's good to have Jean Baylor back with so much to say. For Jean, leaving Zhané meant it was time to experience music on her own again. But, the last few years have transitioned her into another place, giving her much more to sing and write about. When asked about this time in her life, Jean states, "After putting so many others first in my life, I finally put God first. That's when everything else started to fall into place. I've come to know that life is so much bigger than us. Each one of us has a voice, one of purpose. I hope you hear my voice as I share with you my testimony, my life story."
